    First course: Paccheri pasta with Puttanesca sauce (no cheese)

    Entree: Couscous and seitan with vegetables

    Dessert: Fruit Sorbet

  • Starter: Caprese salad with Buffalos' milk mozzarella and tomatoes

    First course: Paccheri Pasta alla Puttanesca (tomato sauce, olives, capers, anchovies, garlic and chili pepper) with Stracciatella cheese

    Entree: Fiorentina Steak with roasted potatoes

    Dessert: Millefoglie with chantilly cream and wild berries

  • Starter: Caprese salad with Buffalos' milk mozzarella and tomatoes

    First course: Paccheri Pasta alla Puttanesca (tomato sauce, olives, capers, anchovies, garlic and chili pepper) with Stracciatella cheese

    Entree: Catch of the day with mixed vegetables

    Dessert: Millefoglie with chantilly cream and wild berries
